Not too long ago, I went with an old roommate on a cross country roadtrip. He read On the Road, we cruised down Route 66, and saw a lot of the country. The thing you realize when you drive across America is that you miss 10 great things for every 1 you actually get a chance to see. This website acts as a modern day Herodotus and lists 7 Wonders for each state. Definitely worth checking out on the website... and maybe someday in person.
