Democrat Response to SOTU

So I've seen the Address now, and I won't comment on it because I don't really think Bush will do any of the things he says he will. Last year he said we would begin to decrease the number of troops in Iraq by the end of the year, and here he is a year later explaining that sending more troops will somehow help. I'm done with him.

But Jim Webb, on the other hand, is new and interesting and isn't afraid to stand up to the president. Here's a link to his powerful response to the State of the Union, which he is rumored to have written himself. He got into politics primarily to get us out of Iraq, and his son is over there fighting right now. That's about all you need to know.
