363 tons of cash

I don't know if I can say it any better than Henry Waxman (D-CA): "Who in their right mind would send 363 tons of cash into a war zone? But that's exactly what our government did." I remember seeing a 60 Minutes special about war profiteering that featured a guy who said a brick of cash worth about $100,000 was referred to as a "football," and that they disappeared often in the early days. 363 tons of cash to a war zone and I can't even get anyone to pay me to live.
