I Remember When...

...Every professional athlete had some sort of decal on their helmet that referred to 9-11, it was mentioned at seventh-inning stretches and before games, and the Patriots were lauded because they happened to have the same name as a 9-11-inspired piece of legislation. But now there's nothing about Iraq in the entire Super Bowl production, even though more soldiers have died in this heinous war than the people who were killed on September 11th. The tragic tornadoes in Florida were mentioned, but nothing about the war. I'm just saying.
