Turns out not only does Ryan Howard crush monster homeruns, but he does it the smart way. I'm not sure I really care how he does it, just so long as he keeps doing it in a Phillies uniform for a very long time.

In other news, Myers got himself a nice deal to avoid arbitration. He's the ace on this team. No question in my mind. At least, until the season starts. Then, hell, who knows.
