Take Care Of Injured Soldiers Please
I'm so tired of this sort of stuff, and tired of being sickened by my countrymen, that it gets hard sometimes to even comment on it beyond my initial revulsion. If you tell your friend a secret - like say, you got with an embarrassing girl - and he tells all of your friends, then you might go to him and say, "you can't tell anyone these secretes anymore" and then go get with another embarrassing girl. But if you are responsible for taking care of the wounded soldiers of a terrible war, and you get caught doing an embarrassingly horrible job, you can't just tell all of those soldiers that they're no longer allowed to reveal this embarrassing failure. Unless you're the Army, and then you can just give a gag order and hope your embarrassment will go away. This administration has been defined by trying to change the perception of their failures rather than trying to stop failing, and sometimes it's so blatant that I want to cry or vomit or something, just because anything less is insufficient.
