Charlie I-Need-A Manuel

Ok, Charlie Manuel is dumber than I thought. Brett Myers is moving to the bullpen so Lieber can start. What? Ok, I agree Lieber is a starting pitcher, BUT SO IS BRETT MYERS. I recall Eaton, who was effective in his last start, saying he'd be happy to move to the pen. But Brett? The guy who pitched opening day? OUR ACE? What the fuck? I know Myers has said he's not pitching well, but throwing him in the pen is not going to boost up that confidence. There has to be more to this story, or it has to all be a dream. This is outrageous.

And if you needed more proof that Charlie is a bumble, take a look at this. I've never been a fan of Charlie, but I am really ready to throw him under the bus now. Plumpy's Ghost will be at the Nats/Phils game tonight, so hopefully he can give us a first hand account of the action tomorrow.
