S.Q.'s dream TV special

Many of our loyal Stain Club readers have noticed that I am, to put it mildly, skeptical of mass media sources. A recent PBS special from Bill Moyer titled "Buying the War" has strengthened that already healthy skepticism ten-fold (Please ignore the irony of using evidence from a large news media group to become convinced of media bias until I have time to write something more nuanced). This could have been about a hundred different questionable news stories, but given the title I think you can figure out that this is right up S.Q.'s alley. Track it down and watch it. Fantastic.



The alternate title for this post was "I have a HUGE hard on for Bill Moyer." I had planned not to include that detail but the Reds tragic loss (and accompanying ninth inning comeback tease) leave me with few scruples tonight. Thought you should know.
