Last Thoughts on Michael Richards

I've got a link here to a video splicing old Seinfeld footage with Michael Richard's racist tirade. It's kind of funny, but also a little sad. If you need to go on television and explain that you're not a racist, then you probably are one. As my esteemed colleague S.Q. Hagglepuss put it to me in conversation, "He's done." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and its embarassing that this kind of thing still happens in America. It was nice of Jerry Seinfeld to try to help dig out his old pal, but there's really no digging Kramer out of a hole this deep.
