This morning, rocking a solid 45 minutes of sleep, I needed the BPAS in terms of breakfast. I needed a meal to power me through the trials of the day with fierce determination. For this reason, I abandoned my usual morning breakfast of air and false dreams for something much more physical and potent: Red Bull Energy Drink and Oatmeal. This is a combo that will knock your socks off. Picture the caffeinated globs of oatmeal crusted energy sitting like a lump in your stomach. This isn’t part of a complete breakfast- This is the whole deal. You won’t fall asleep on the job with this winning formula, oh no: you’ll be spending far too much time in pain and/or running to the bathroom. This ranks right up there with pouring coke on your Wheaties or having cottage cheese and Mountain Dew to kick off your day. Nothing speaks champion like this meal. If you haven’t tried it, you’ve either never run out of all the food in your house, or you’re simply not an idiot. Or, perhaps you’re both. Go you.
