Just when I thought I'd heard them all

Here's a little bit of disturbing news. Apparently a lot of African military groups (for lack of a better descriptor) who use child-soldiers are giving the kids "Brown-Brown" Not content with hyping these poor kids up on your usual run of the mill cocaine, they like to cut it with gunpowder. Naturally, this begs the question of why? According to an NPR special I'm listening to... the kids are told it makes them tougher. As if surviving life as an African child soldier wasn't enough. Now they're forced to snort cocaine and gunpowder. Makes me glad that CNN will air approximately 50 War on the Middle Class specials before this makes the news. Maybe we should give Lou Dobbs some Brown-Brown... it would toughen him up.
