The life of Brett Myers

Interesting article here about Brett Myers, his offseason, and the well documented incident involving assault of his spouse over the summer. I really hope this behavior is behind him, but its really hard to support a player who has done something like this. I think Myers has handled the situation well since the incident (as best as is possible, I suppose), but that doesn't change what has already happened. I don't know much about Myers as a man, but I like him as a pitcher, and I like what he does for our ballclub. Here's hoping he can rebuild his reputation a little bit. Everyone makes mistakes, but this was a huge one, and in many eyes certainly unforgiveable. There might be more to this story before all is said and done, and I know I haven't made up my mind about the guy yet.
