We're Out By 2010

At least that's what you'd think if you read the budget that leaves no money for anything in Iraq after 2009. Hopefully there'll be a Democrat, or an adult, in the White House and will be out on inauguration day, 2009. Either way, 2010 is better than "eventually" or "maybe someday."
