Define "Evil"

I don't even have the strength to comment on this beyond saying that it sickens me that any person, let alone a president, could ask soldiers to give their lives in a useless war and then reward them in this way without his conscience torturing him, and it sickens me that it's become so commonplace that I'm not even surprised.
