Plus-Up A Good Thing?

I read two different blog posts today that suggested the surge might be working: here (interesting and well-informed comments) and here (mentioned only in passing, but still). Although I oppose the surge I feel it's important to notice if and when things do go well in Iraq. Here's hoping...
