Supporting the Troops, Malkin Style
My esteemed colleague Mr. Cumstein mentioned the Walter Reed debacle earlier today, and I want to point out my other, less esteemed, blogospheric colleague Michelle Malkin's reaction to this. Rather than taking the position that would actually support the troops, as she often claims to do, she decided to use this sad situation to push her "government is bad at health care" agenda. Look here for a thorough explanation of her most recent stain. Malkin often has interesting information about the state of troops in Iraq, even if it is presented in a slanted manner, but this time it's essentially a black and white decision and she took the sleazy political way out. Call me naive, but I think the troops health should probably not be a partisan issue.
