Iraq Happenings

It's possible that Bush knows something I don't about why this is acceptable, and I suppose it's not a big secret where American troops are in Baghdad, since they're probably pretty easy to spot, but this can't be a good idea, can it?:
George Bush stood up in front of the public with cameras rolling and by all appearances gave away our positions to the enemy. This wasn't a careless slip of the tongue either. He displayed a prepared map with arrows marking the locations of two dozen new US outposts in and around Baghdad -- with major streets and landmarks thrown in for reference.

Also, al-Maliki ordered construction to stop on that wall they were building. If Iraq's Prime Minister specifically countermands the US then that shows they're "standing up," right? So, can we maybe start standing down?
