I try to keep an eye on Philadelphia's significance in national matters. This is generally a rewarding enterprise, but sometimes Philly stains it up. Case in point, the "shame of Philadelphia" (thanks Atrios) will now be the new Imus, at least as far as MSNBC is concerned.
