Supporting the Troops, Ending the War

Senator Russ Feingold has a good explanation in Salon of how Congress can end the war while still supporting the troops. The idea that being anti-war somehow equals being anti-troops is an important talking point of Bush and certain other war supporters that needs to be addressed and eventually ended.
